Mile Endings

Mile Endings was created to explore what the Chavurah’s role could be in times of immense personal upheaval and vulnerability for our members. How can we put into practice what Judaism teaches about bereavement and end of life; that love and memory are stronger than death? Through a series of salons and workshops with experts, educators and artists, as well as the making of an on-line handbook, we are deepening knowledge of the community’s needs as well as developing skills and capacity to “show up” for one another.

Everyone is welcome to participate in our activities. We also need volunteers to:
a) Research possible facilitators/resource people
b) Help create a Kaddish/Shiva squad
c) Work on the handbook;
d) Audio-video recording events

Programing: Usually once every month

Get in contact with us by sending a message to the Mile Ending email.
